Those uncomfortable moments

We pray for a positive change in our lives and then God opens a door. Then we become uncomfortable with the change because it wasn't what we thought it was going to be. Things are out of our control.

We are then faced with things we think we are not equip for and want to run back to where it is safe. We quickly forget that God ordered that change and you would not be there if God didn't think you could handle it and serve Him in that place.

I hate change when it's not initiated by my hands and when it doesn't make me FEEL good. I'm in a space of great growth because I am extremely uncomfortable. I pray for the peace, courage & strength I need to do what God has called me to do. I forget that this Journey I'm on is not ALL about me. I'm here to touch lives and honor God in the process.

The Road To A Healthier Me

The thing is I'm not sure the way to get there. I don't believe there is one right or wrong way. For me it's about finding a way of living that works best for me. I love food! Not all food lol, but it is a source of pleasure for me. So I will continue to search for ways to enjoy food in a healthier way. I'm determined to reach a healthy weight and find ways to eat and prepare foods that I enjoy.

I realize that having balance in life is very important. Finding other things that bring you pleasure aside from food. I am open to exploring new experiences, new adventures that will open me up to a fuller life.

So let the journey begin

I'm not getting any younger and my body feels it! I was always very athletic until about 6 years ago. My body is not what it once was lol. I admit to being out of shape and I can feel it. So I am on a mission to take the necessary STEPS to get there. And I will do it one day and one step at a time.

 This is one of the most beautiful handbags I have ever seen! The Louis Vuitton Damier Ebene Speedy 35.  This Louis Vuitton handbag has been around for years and is a classic design.

There is just one thing...."The Sag".  This bag is far too beautiful for anyone to walk around carrying a saggy bag.  Well there is a wonderful solution to this problem.  A base shaper.  There are many different versions of the base shapers out there, but I have come across a designer that makes quality shapers that match your bag exactly and won't damage its beautiful design.
